Tumble Tots

 

This program will provide your toddler with an opportunity to explore a wide variety of apparatus, such as springboard, balance beams, bars, trampoline and so much more all while they work on their fine and gross motor skills. The class will also include a warm-up with music, parachute and bubbles then end with a story for cool down. Parents must be able to participate with their child.

 

Tuesdays, 11:10am - 11:55am

 

Kids should wear comfortable clothes. Hair must be pulled back and no jewelry

Preschool Gymnastics

 

This program is geared toward preschool aged children focuses on building the foundations of gymnastics through fun and exploration. Each child is given the opportunity to explore a wide variety of apparatus, such as Vaulting, springboard activities, Balance Beam, Floor and trampoline exercises. 

 

Tuesdays, 2:30pm - 3:15pm

Children should wear loose fitting clothing.

Beginning / Advanced Gymnastics

 

Each child is given the opportunity to explore a wide variety of apparatus, such as Vaulting, springboard activities, Balance Beam, Floor and trampoline exercises.  This six-week program will provide your child with progressive skills that will encourage self-confidence and coordination! 

 

Tuesdays, 3:30pm - 4:15pm (After-School)

Kids should wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.

Jump-A-Rama at Huntington Woods Parks and Rec.

 

Jump-A-Rama has had a long partnership with the Huntington Woods Parks and Rec. Together we have been educating children about physical fitness through our engaging, non-competitive programs all while having great fun. We are incredibly excited to announce our schedule for the 2020 school year.  

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ninja Warriors

 

Our Little Warrior class is specifically designed for kids with the focus on developing motor skills through mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. We want to create a strong mind and body through fitness in a fun and safe environment. Learning new obstacles each week helps athletes develop a positive mind set towards themselves and others. Setting and achieving goals help boost their self-confidence and self-worth. Your child will jump, roll, climb and balance through our obstacle course. Partner exercises will be introduced in the last 10 minutes of class.

Dodgeball
 

Ready, Set, Throw! Learn rules and regulations, sportsmanship, history and throwing techniques as we stay fit the fun way with dodgeball! Each week we will change up the teams and play at least two games.
